Can I return my order?

All items are listed with measurements and pictures on their product page. Please read carefully before purchasing. It is possible to return your order, but the shipping costs are for the customer. For custom orders it is not possible to return the items.
How long will it take before I receive my order?

It depends on the country the package has to be sent to. I am currently shipping to the following countries: ✿ The Netherlands, 2 to 5 working days. ✿ Belgium, 3 to 5 working days. ✿ Luxembourg, 6 to 8 working days. ✿ France, 4 to 7 working days. ✿ Germany, 4 to 7 working days. ✿ Spain, 5 to 8 working days. ✿ Portugal, 5 to 8 working days ✿ Italy, 5 to 8 working days.
Are your ceramics dishwasher and oven safe?

Yes they are completely dishwasher safe, although please take care, washing by hand is the best option. The ceramics are fired at very high temperatures (1210 degrees celsius ), so it is completely fine to put them in the oven. Make sure you heat your food from a cold oven, to avoid thermal shock.
Why are the shipping costs so expensive?

Shipping costs depend on weight and vary per country, the heavier the package the more expensive the shipping costs. Many big companies opt for free shipping with their customers, but as this is a one woman owned business I cannot do that. I do handle free shipping costs above a certain purchasing amount, again this varies per country.
